Cute Moments AI is a personal project that formats animal footage into short videos with captions. YouTube upload functionality is being developed for the project owner's authorized channel.
The project must not be used to violate applicable laws, infringe copyrights, evade platform rules, or misuse another person's account or credentials.
Anyone using the project is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for video footage, music, images, and other materials they upload or publish. Automated formatting does not grant ownership of source material.
YouTube integration requires explicit account authorization. Users should review the requested permissions before granting access. Access can be revoked through Google Account settings. Uploads are subject to YouTube's terms, policies, and technical limitations.
The project is provided as-is, without a guarantee that it will operate continuously, that scheduled runs will always succeed, or that every upload will complete successfully. The project may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project owner is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, failed uploads, platform changes, or content published by users.
These terms may be updated as the project develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
